Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Civil Engineer to manage and supervise construction projects from planning to completion. The candidate will be responsible for ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and as per quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily construction activities at project sites.
- Execute work as per approved drawings and project specifications.
- Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and vendors.
- Monitor project progress and prepare daily/weekly progress reports.
- Ensure quality control and compliance with safety standards.
- Manage site manpower, materials, and equipment efficiently.
- Verify measurements and prepare BOQs, billing, and quantity estimates.
- Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues.
- Monitor project timelines and ensure timely completion.
- Ensure compliance with local building codes and engineering standards.

Required Skills

- Strong knowledge of RCC, structural work, finishing work,



and construction methodologies.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and MS Office.
- Knowledge of BOQ preparation, quantity surveying, and estimation.
- Understanding of IS Codes, construction quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Qualifications

- B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Civil Engineering
- AutoCAD knowledge is preferred.
- Valid driving license is an added advantage.

Experience

- 1–5 years of experience in residential, commercial, or industrial construction projects.
- Freshers with solid technical knowledge may also apply.
