Role Overview

The Cluster Spa & Wellness Trainer is responsible for delivering high-quality training programs that enhance the technical skills, service standards, and guest experience across the company's spa and wellness operations in India and the Maldives.

The role has a primary focus on massage excellence, supported by strong expertise in beauty services to ensure consistent treatment standards across all properties.

Key Responsibilities

- Training Delivery: Deliver practical and theoretical training programs to develop technical skills, service excellence, and guest experience.
- Massage & Beauty Technical Excellence: Train teams to achieve exceptional standards in massage therapies, beauty treatments, and salon services.
- Coaching & Mentorship: Provide ongoing guidance, assessments, and hands-on coaching to support continuous professional development.
- Quality Assurance: Monitor treatment standards and ensure compliance with company procedures and industry best practices.
- Training Evaluation: Assess training effectiveness through feedback, performance reviews, and continuous program improvement.
- Collaboration: Partner with spa leadership to identify training needs and implement targeted development initiatives.
- Reporting & Administration:



Maintain training records, monitor performance metrics, and report on staff development and training outcomes.
- Industry Development: Stay current with emerging spa, wellness, and beauty trends to keep training content relevant and innovative.

The Profile

- Female candidates only, in line with the hands-on treatment training requirements of the role.
- Must have the legal right to work in India.
- Currently based in Bangalore (no relocation package provided).
- Willing to travel extensively within Europe.
- Demonstrated expertise in massage therapies (essential).
- Robust practical skills in beauty services, including manicures, pedicures, and related salon treatments (essential); facial expertise is advantageous.
- Holds a CIBTAC qualification or another internationally recognized certification in beauty, spa, or wellness therapy.
- Excellent presentation, communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with a passion for developing people and maintaining exceptional service standards.

Reports to: Wellness Operations & Development Manager

Location: Bangalore, India (must already reside in Bangalore; no relocation package).
