Oracle NetSuite Functional Consultant Role & Responsibilities

- Gather and analyze business requirements from clients and translate them into Oracle NetSuite solutions.
- Configure Oracle NetSuite modules, including Finance, Procurement, Inventory, Fixed Assets, CRM, and Order Management.
- Conduct solution design workshops and prepare Functional Requirement Documents (FRD) and Solution Design Documents (SDD).
- Configure master data, workflows, roles, dashboards, saved searches, reports, and standard NetSuite features.
- Support data migration, UAT, end-user training, Go-Live, and Hypercare activities.
- Collaborate with technical consultants for integrations and customizations.
- Troubleshoot functional issues and provide effective solutions aligned with NetSuite best practices.
- Deliver user training and prepare functional documentation.
- Provide post-Go-Live support and continuous system optimization.
- Ensure projects are delivered on time with high customer satisfaction.
- Preferred Candidate Profile

- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, or MBA (Finance).
- 3–8 years of experience in Oracle NetSuite Functional Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of Finance & Accounting processes (GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Cash Management,



Financial Reporting).
- Experience in implementing or supporting Oracle NetSuite ERP.
- Good understanding of business processes across Finance, Inventory, Procurement, and Order-to-Cash.
- Experience in preparing BRD, FRD, SDD, and UAT documents.
- Hands-on experience with Saved Searches, Reports, Dashboards, Workflows, and Role Configuration.
- Experience in data migration and Go-Live activities.
- Strong communication, client-facing, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
- Oracle NetSuite Certification is an added advantage.
- Willingness to travel for client implementations when required.
