The Role

What Youll Own

- Own the design and delivery of features end-to-end, from architecture to deployment

- Work directly with clients to understand requirements and translate them into systems

- Write clean, tested, documented code that the next engineer will be glad to inherit

- Participate in code reviews and help raise the bar for the whole team

- Contribute to architecture decisions and help shape how we build

Requirements

What Were Looking For

Must Have

- 3+ years of skilled software engineering experience

- Strong fundamentals in your primary language (TypeScript preferred)

- Experience shipping production systems, not just prototypes





- Ability to communicate clearly and work autonomously

Nice to Have

- Experience with NestJS, Next.js, or PostgreSQL

- Prior agency or product company background

- Contributions to open source projects
