Brief on the Job Position:

The Sales Executive - Frozen Foods will be responsible for driving sales and expanding the market presence of Ayekart Retail Private Limited s newly launched Frozen Foods brand in Lucknow and nearby regions.

Scope of Work:

The role involves distributor handling, retail market expansion, HoReCa sales, merchandising, and collections management. The candidate will report to the Sales Manager / Area Sales Manager and coordinate with distributors, retailers, and internal teams.

Main Tasks Responsibilities:

- Develop retail and distributor network in the assigned territory
- Appoint distributors, wholesalers, and retail partners
- Generate sales from General Trade, Modern Trade, and HoReCa segments
- Achieve monthly sales targets
- Ensure proper product visibility and merchandising
- Manage payment collections and outstanding dues




- Strong knowledge of the local market and existing relationships with food distributors will be an added advantage.

Qualifications and Experience:

- 2 to 5 years of FMCG field sales experience, preferably in Frozen Foods, Dairy, Ice Cream, or cold-chain products
- Good local market knowledge and distributor network
- Graduate with relevant experience

Skills and Core Competencies:

Essential

- Robust sales and negotiation skills
- Good communication and relationship management
- Target-oriented approach
- Two-wheeler with valid driving license mandatory
