Key Responsibilities
- Source and screen candidates for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
- Coordinate hiring for roles across EXIM, FTL, Warehouse Operations, Data Entry Operators, Supervisors, and Senior Management.
- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
- Maintain the recruitment tracker and candidate database.
- Conduct initial HR screening and verify candidate documents.
- Follow up with selected candidates until joining.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities.
- Assist in other HR and recruitment activities as assigned.
Required Skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and email.
- Ability to work in a quick-paced recruitment environment.
- Strong coordination and organizational skills.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
