- 1. Undergo all the training (physical and digital) that is required to become a midwife educator of international quality.
- 2. Contribute to the Learning Resource Package and the Midwifery Initiatives, in general, by providing active and consistent feedback.
- 3. Help / contribute to the establishment of midwifery cadre in both public and private sectors.
- 4. Ensure timelines, goals, and objectives are met.
- 5. Liaise with the internal team and partners as needed and ensure colleagues and supervisors are apprised of all aspects of the training.
- 6. Contribute to other activities and take up roles / tasks as needed.
- 7. Identify challenges / roadblocks, and look at finding solutions to ensure smooth implementation of the programme.
- 8. Ideate, collect data, and participate in conferences and seminars.
- 9. Must be willing to continue clinical practice, along with anchoring midwifery education training.
