What this role actually is:

You run the store. Every person on the floor — salesmen, cashiers, helpers — is your team, and the store's success is your responsibility. Not just hitting numbers, but building the kind of experience that makes customers walk out happy and walk back in again. You set the standard, you hold the team to it, and you make sure every single day in that store feels like Delco at its best.

What you'll do:

- Own the store end-to-end — operations, team, stock, and customer experience, all of it
- Lead and manage the full store team — salesmen, cashiers, helpers — setting expectations and holding them
- Build a culture on the floor where great customer experience isn't a target, it's just how things are done




- Take full ownership of in-store stock — what's there, what's moving, what needs attention
- Keep the store running smoothly day to day — opening, closing, floor management, everything in between
- Identify what the team needs to perform better and actively work to get them there
- Report directly to senior management and be the person on the ground we can fully trust

What we're looking for:

- 3+ years of retail experience with at least 2+ years in a management role
- Someone who's led a team before and knows what it takes to get the best out of people
- A natural at customer experience — you genuinely care about how people feel when they walk into your store
- Local to Bathinda or Punjab — you know this market, you understand the customer here
- Sharp, accountable, and someone who takes ownership without being asked
- Brings energy and discipline in equal measure — the team should want to follow you, not just have to
