Qualification: PUC/ Graduation.

Skills required: Billing + Invoices + Tally + Excel+ Word Knowledge.

Experience: 1 to 5 Years.

Number of Vacancies: 02.

Languages preferred: Kannada/English/Hindi.

Work Location: Sira, Tumkur. (Karnataka State)

Joining: Immediately.

Job Roles and Responsibilities.

1) Responsible for the efficient and safe scheduling/execution for the companys logistics and dispatch.

2) General management of Truck drivers.

3) Logging and tracking required documentation in relation to all applicable deliveries.

4) Responsible for all order fulfillment paperwork for invoice processing.

5) The secure loading/placement of material on truck.

6) Working with branch manager to provide needed material on transfer trucks.

7) Efficiently scheduling drivers/routes for economical deliveries.

8)



Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and on time deliveries.

9) Communicate with customers and sales representatives about freight details, delivery times and special handling requests.

10) Handle all paperwork related to delivery/fulfilled orders and turning into credit for invoice.

11) Maintain records of dispatch calls, drivers route. Route changes as well as delivery and pickup times.
