Should have at least 5+ years of experience in handling First mile & Last mile operations, escalations/ disputes, seller handling and 3PL handling experience would be an added advantage, should have outstanding IC skills, also team handling and stake holder handling skills should be exceptional. Sound knowledge of excel and data preparation, reading and analysis.

Role & responsibilities

Handling and managing a 3PL End to End.
Responsible for all metrics involved in a journey of a shipment.
Handling a team of 5-10 individuals ensuring all metrics are being distributed and handled accordingly.
Responsible for the particular 3PL performance management.
Responsible for particular 3pl Noise and escalations management.




Will be a sole owner and responsible for stake holders ask and Queries to be responded and resolved timely.
Responsible to maintain cordial relationships with the 3PL partner ensuring performance and take strategic calls.
Responsible for all sorts for programming coordination for the particular 3PL ensuring smooth and transparent transactions.
Responsible for all sort of reconciliation coordination with the concerned team for a particular 3PL ensuring smooth closures.
Responsible for better and improving seller experience in the favor of the company.
