Role & responsibilities

Role Summary:

The Supplier Relationship Manager operates within the Group Supply Management function to optimise, govern, and enhance the performance of key suppliers across the digital & technology domain. This role focuses on providing analytical insights into supplier performance, conducting routine contract due diligence, and maintaining robust risk and compliance oversight. The role ensures supplier engagements deliver contractually required outcomes, are governed by structured processes, and align with strategic priorities while driving measurable performance improvement and operational resilience.

Contract & Performance Oversight

- Manage supplier contracts within the Digital and Technology domain
- Monitor service performance, KPIs, and SLAs.




- Ensure contract obligations are met and corrective actions are supported where necessary

Financial Management & Spend Control

- Track budgets and actual spend against plans.
- Validate supplier charges and ensure financial commitments align with policies.
- Capture financial activities to meet Domain expectations.

Compliance, Change control & SoW management

- Assist in managing supplier compliance with contractual commitments
- Ensure robust assessment and documentation of variations, Statements of Work, and change requests
- Align activities with category strategies and procurement governance
