- Provide outpatient medical consultation, diagnosis, and treatment to employees and their dependents.
- Attend to medical emergencies and provide first aid whenever required.
- Conduct routine medical examinations and health assessments.
- Maintain accurate medical records and ensure confidentiality of patient information.
- Prescribe medicines and oversee the dispensing of medicines through the hospital pharmacy.
- Monitor and manage communicable diseases and implement preventive healthcare measures.
- Conduct health awareness and wellness programmes for employees.
- Coordinate referrals to specialist doctors and hospitals whenever necessary.
- Comply with statutory requirements and maintain valid medical registration.
- Work closely with the Estate Management and HR Department on employee health and welfare initiatives.
