KCC Buildcon Pvt. Ltd. is looking for an experienced and result-oriented Project Manager Structures to lead large-scale river bridge and segmental structure projects. The ideal candidate should have extensive experience in planning, execution, and delivery of complex bridge construction projects while ensuring quality, safety, and adherence to project timelines.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead and manage the complete execution of river bridge and segmental structure projects.
- Plan, monitor, and execute project activities as per approved project milestones and schedules.
- Manage heavy girder casting, segment casting, and segment launching operations.
- Oversee piling works in running river conditions and ensure protected and efficient execution.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants, vendors, subcontractors, and other project stakeholders.
- Ensure effective management of manpower, materials, machinery, and other project resources.
- Monitor project progress, productivity, quality, and safety compliance.




- Identify project risks and implement corrective actions to achieve timely project completion.
- Prepare and present project progress reports to senior management and clients.
- Ensure compliance with contractual obligations, technical specifications, and statutory requirements.

Candidate Profile

- B.Tech/B.E. in Civil Engineering.
- Minimum 18 years of experience in bridge and structural construction projects.
- Proven experience in:
- River bridge construction
- Segmental bridge structures
- Heavy girder casting
- Segment casting and launching
- Piling in running river conditions

- Strong leadership, planning, project management, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
- Ability to lead multidisciplinary project teams and deliver projects within time and budget.
