Job Purpose: The Partnership Coordinator will manage engagement with SERP's partner ecosystem, ensuring smooth coordination, compliance, and performance tracking of multiple collaborations.
Job Specifications
Education:
- Bachelor's/master's degree in agriculture/Allied Sciences, Development Studies, Rural Management, Public Policy, or related field.
- Background and Experience in Agriculture/Rural development with WSHGs will be an added advantage.
Specific Skills:
- Strong coordination, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Should be able to work in a high stress workplace.
- Experience of coordinating projects in the Govt ecosystem will be preferred.
- Ability to manage multiple partners simultaneously.
- Ability to write/speak Telugu and English is mandatory. Fluency with Hindi will be added advantage.
Desirable Experience:
- 3 5 years of experience in partnerships, program coordination, or development projects.
- Experience of working in networks and partnership mode will be an added advantage.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary interface between Secretariat and partner organizations.
- Actively collaborate with Partners and develop KPI in a participatory process under overall guidance of ISB and SERP.
- Document the SOPs and process being followed by the partners.
- Track partner commitments, outputs, and timelines across thematic areas (production, processing, marketing, digital, etc.).
- Support convening of review meetings, workshops cross-learning events.
- Follow up with partners for timely submission of progress and financial documentation (UCs, SOEs, etc.).
- Regularly undertake the field visits and identify implementation bottlenecks and support escalation and resolution.
- Contribute to documentation of best practices, case studies, and learnings.
- Assist in developing KPIs, reporting protocols, and partner performance metrics.
- Support the study teams in the allocated districts for the institutional redesign study exercises.
