Roles and Responsibilities :

- Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve monthly targets in bancassurance, BFSI, and life insurance products.
- Develop and execute strategies to increase sales through distribution channels such as banks, financial institutions, and other partners.
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to identify opportunities for growth and develop plans accordingly.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies while maintaining high levels of customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements :

- 2-5 years of experience in banca sales or similar role in the banking industry.
- Solid understanding of bancassurance, BFSI, and life insurance products.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective channel management and team leadership.
