Job Description – Asst. Production Manager

Position: Asst. Production Manager

Experience required: 5–8 years

Location: Shirol, Shahapur (pick up & drop facility from company till nearest railway station)

Key Responsibilities

 Plan, organize, and control production activities to meet business targets.

 Supervise daily operations, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and compliance standards.

 Optimize resource utilization (manpower, machinery, materials) for maximum efficiency.

 Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Design, Quality, Procurement, HR, Accounts) to ensure smooth workflow.

 Monitor production schedules and adjust plans to meet deadlines.

 Implement process improvements to reduce costs and enhance productivity.





 Prepare and maintain production reports for management review.

 Ensure compliance with statutory and company policies.

 Lead, motivate, and train production staff to achieve performance goals.

Required Qualifications & Skills

 Bachelor’s degree/Diploma in Mechanical/Production/Industrial Engineering (or related field).

 5 - 8 years of proven experience in production management, preferably in Static Equipment Manufacturing.

 Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and safety standards.

 Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

 Ability to handle multiple priorities under tight timelines.

 Proficiency in MS Office, ERP systems, and production planning tools.

Compensation & Benefits

 Salary: 5 – 10 LPA (based on experience and expertise).

 Twice a year increment

Pay: Up to ₹65,000.00 per month
