Customer Relationship Management Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Specialist to drive customer satisfaction and long-term relationships through expert engagement strategies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer service and relationship building, with the ability to manage interactions and processes efficiently within a CRM framework.

Experience

- Minimum of 6 to 8 years of experience in a CRM-related role.
- Proven track record in managing customer relationships and ensuring high levels of satisfaction.
- Experience in designing and implementing customer-focused strategies.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms, preferably Salesforce, HubSpot, or Microsoft Dynamics.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related field. Advanced degrees are a plus but not required.

Responsibilities

- Manage and maintain customer databases to ensure data accuracy and usability.
- Develop and execute customer retention and satisfaction initiatives.
- Assess customer needs and provide tailored solutions to build long-term relationships.




- Handle customer inquiries and complaints promptly and effectively.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and support teams to align customer interaction strategies.
- Generate and analyze reports on customer trends, performance metrics, and business outcomes.
- Implement customer service procedures that align with company policies and best practices.
