- Knowledge of distillation processes and principles
- Understanding of chemical process operations
- Ability to operate distillation columns, reactors, condensers, reboilers, and heat exchangers
- Knowledge of pumps, valves, pipelines, and pressure vessels
- Understanding of temperature, pressure, flow, and level controls
- Familiarity with PLC, DCS, or SCADA systems
- Ability to read P&ID; (Piping and Instrumentation Diagrams)
- Basic knowledge of instrumentation and process control
- Batch and continuous process operation
- Utility management (Steam, Cooling Water, Chilling Water, Air, Nitrogen, Vacuum)
- Plant start-up and shutdown procedures
- Charging and discharging of raw materials
- Monitoring process parameters
Pay: ₹15,700.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
