Project Role Description : Own the technical direction and architecture of custom software solutions, leading teams through design and delivery. Set development standards and ensure code quality, scalability, and performance aligned to business objectives.
Must have skills : Spring Boot
Good to have skills : JavaServer Pages (JSP), Kubernetes, Continuous Integration (CI) Tools
Minimum 7.5 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : 15 years full time education

Summary:

Strong hands-on experience in Java (8 and 17).
Proven experience with: Spring Framework (Spring Boot, Spring Security)
JPA/Hibernate
Solid understanding of backend design patterns (MVC, REST API design)
Experience building and maintaining microservices-based applications
Strong knowledge of SQL and relational databases,



including Query optimization
Performance tuning
Valuable understanding of API design, integration, and service orchestration

Exposure to Java 21 features
Experience with legacy technologies (JSP, Struts, X-Work)
Hands-on experience with Kafka or similar messaging platforms
Familiarity with cloud and DevOps tooling:
Kubernetes, Docker
Helm, Terraform
Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation
Understanding of TLS/SSL and secure application practices

Additional Information:

- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in Spring Boot.
- This position is based at our Pune office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
