Job Title: Air Freight Coordinator (AOG / OBC) - Europe Operations

Shift Timing: 4:00 PM – 2:00 AM

Compensation: ₹5 – ₹7 LPA

About the Role

Sciens Logistics is looking for an experienced Air Freight Coordinator to join our Europe Operations team. We are seeking professionals with hands-on experience in Air Freight, Freight Forwarding, Air Cargo, AOG (Aircraft on Ground), OBC (On-Board Courier), or Time-Critical Logistics.

Please Note: This position is specifically for candidates with experience in Air Freight, Freight Forwarding, AOG, or OBC operations. Candidates from other operations backgrounds without relevant air freight or freight forwarding experience may not be considered.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate end-to-end AOG, OBC, and time-critical airfreight shipments.
- Manage booking requests, shipment tracking, and operational updates.
- Coordinate with shippers, consignees, airlines, agents, and freight forwarders.
- Handle import/export documentation and customs coordination.
- Ensure timely pickup, transit, and final delivery of urgent shipments.
- Maintain operational accuracy and update shipment records in CargoWise.
- Resolve shipment issues, customer queries, and operational escalations.
- Ensure compliance with international shipping regulations and customer SOPs.

Required Skills & Experience:

- 3-5 years of experience in Air Freight, Freight Forwarding, Air Cargo, AOG, OBC, or Time-Critical Logistics.
- Knowledge of time-critical shipment handling and customs procedures.




- Experience using CargoWise and MS Office applications.
- Strong communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Hands-on experience with AOG (Aircraft on Ground), OBC, or other Time-Critical Logistics operations is highly preferred.
