Job Summary:

Web Accountant is seeking a Marketing & Business Development Executive with a strong background in accounting and business finance. The candidate will be responsible for promoting services, managing client acquisition, preparing proposals, and leading marketing campaigns through both online and offline platforms. The role requires excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and the ability to manage teams effectively.

Educational Qualification:

Graduate and Postgraduate (preferably in Accounting / Business Finance)

MBA (mandatory)

Job Functions

1. Marketing & Promotions

Create and manage social media content (posts, short videos for YouTube & Facebook).

Promote WebAccountant services confidently across digital and traditional channels.

2. Client Acquisition & Communication

Make cold calls and inquiries to potential clients, partners, and businesses.

Handle client communications, build and maintain relationships, and follow up as needed.

Prepare customized proposals and presentations for client needs.

3. Business Development

Conduct market research to identify business opportunities.

Support growth initiatives by promoting financial/accounting services.





Convert leads into business opportunities through strategic outreach.

4. Team Management

Supervise and coordinate junior staff or marketing assistants.

Ensure timely execution of tasks and projects.

Take responsibility for results and ensure efficiency in team functions.

5. Independent Execution & Reporting

Work independently to achieve targets.

Provide regular updates and performance reports to management.

Qualities Required:

Strong academic background in Accounting, Business Finance, and Marketing.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Confident in cold calling and client outreach.

Familiar with social media marketing and video promotions.

Ability to prepare professional proposals and business documents.

Highly organized, responsible, reliable, and proactive.

Proven team management skills.

At least 1 year of relevant experience with successful management and marketing results.

Work Schedule

2.00 PM to 11.00 PM

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
