1. Patient Care

- Monitor patients’ condition (vital signs like temperature, pulse, blood pressure).
- Administer medications and injections as prescribed by doctors.
- Provide wound care, dressings, and basic medical procedures.
- Assist patients with daily activities like bathing, feeding, and mobility.

2. Assisting Doctors & Medical Team

- Prepare patients for examinations and procedures.
- Assist doctors during treatments, surgeries, or diagnostic tests.
- Follow and implement treatment plans accurately.

3. Documentation & Record Keeping

- Maintain accurate patient records and nursing notes.
- Update charts with medications, treatments, and observations.
- Handle admission and discharge documentation.

4. Communication

- Communicate patient status to doctors and other healthcare staff.
- Educate patients and their families about treatment plans and care.
- Provide emotional support and reassurance to patients.

5. Infection Control & Safety





- Follow hygiene and infection control protocols.
- Ensure proper sterilization and safe handling of medical equipment.
- Use personal protective equipment (PPE) as required.

6. Emergency Care

- Respond quickly to medical emergencies.
- Perform basic life support (BLS) or assist in advanced procedures.
- Stabilize patients until further medical help is available.
