We are seeking a Sr Gen AI & Full Stack Solutions Engineer to build scalable, intelligent systems by combining full stack expertise with Generative AI innovation, leading solution design, and guiding the development team to excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- AI Integration: Design and build AI-driven applications using Generative AI frameworks ( either OpenAI, LangChain, Hugging Face, etc.).
- Full Stack Solutions: Develop robust web solutions using React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB, with robust architectural clarity.
- System Design: Architect scalable, secure, and maintainable systems integrating AI and data-driven logic.
- Innovation & Research: Explore new AI tools and frameworks, proposing strategic adoption aligned with business goals.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, DevOps, QA, and Design) to deliver seamless solutions.
- Leadership: perform code reviews, and ensure engineering best practices are followed.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
- Strong hands-on experience with React.js, Node.js, and MongoDB, including architectural-level understanding.
- Experience with Generative AI APIs (atleast OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, etc.) and frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex).
- Proficiency in Python and JavaScript/TypeScript. will be added advantagePreferred Skills
- Experience building AI agents, chatbots, or automation systems.
- Familiarity with vector databases, semantic search,
or retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) will be added advantage.
- Contributions to open-source or AI research projects are a plus.

- Team-oriented with leadership qualities and a continuous learning mindset.
Workstyle: Onsite
Experience: 3+ years of professional software development experience, including at least 1 years in AI-driven projects.
