Vendor Management: Identify, evaluate, and develop relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors.
Negotiation & Contracting: Negotiate the best pricing, delivery terms, and service agreements without compromising quality
Procurement Execution: Manage the complete purchasing cycle, from generating Purchase Orders (POs) to tracking deliveries and resolving discrepancies.
Inventory Control: Monitor stock levels, prevent shortages or overstocking, and coordinate with warehouse teams for material storage
Data & Reporting: Maintain accurate records in internal databases and prepare regular reports on purchasing costs and market trends.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work alongside production, supply chain, and finance departments to facilitate smooth invoicing and payment processing.
Knowledge of ERP System.
Knowledge of Capex and Opex Items of API and Chemical Industries
Knowledge of Solvents organics and inorganic chemicals.
Profiency in Computer application – Excel & other apps.
