- Key ResponsibilitiesLead, motivate, and manage a team of insurance sales executives/advisors.
- Drive sales of Term Insurance, Life Insurance, Health Insurance, and other insurance products.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Recruit, train, and mentor recent team members.
- Monitor daily sales activities and provide performance feedback.
- Assist the team in lead generation, client meetings, and policy closures.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the sales process.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and insurance regulations.
