- We are looking for energetic and self-motivated Sales Executives to generate new business opportunities in Gurugram, Noida, and Delhi NCR. The candidate will be responsible for meeting architects, MEP consultants, PMC firms, builders, corporate clients, industries, and contractors to promote Maximal Engineers' Fire & Life Safety solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate new business opportunities in Fire & Life Safety and ELV Solutions.
- Visit architects, MEP consultants, electrical consultants, builders, developers, industries, hotels, hospitals, schools, commercial buildings, and corporate offices.
- Conduct site visits to understand project requirements.
- Identify upcoming construction and renovation projects.
- Generate enquiries for Fire Alarm, Fire Fighting, Fire Suppression, Gas Detection, CCTV, Access Control, and BMS systems.
- Build long-term relationships with consultants and decision-makers.
- Coordinate with the estimation and technical team for BOQs and quotations.
- Follow up with customers until order closure.




- Maintain daily visit reports and update the CRM.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and business development goals.
- Represent the company professionally during client meetings and presentations.
- Required SkillsExcellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Strong presentation and relationship-building abilities.
- Basic understanding of Fire Protection, Fire Alarm, CCTV, or MEP products (preferred).
- Ability to generate leads independently.
- Positive knowledge of Gurugram and Noida industrial and commercial areas.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, email, and CRM tools.
- Self-driven, disciplined, and result-oriented.
- Mandatory RequirementsOwn two-wheeler (Bike/Scooter) is compulsory.
- Valid driving licence is mandatory.
- Willingness to travel daily across Gurugram, Noida, Delhi NCR, and nearby project locations.
- Smartphone for reporting and customer communication.
