Designation: Accounting Associate (US Process)

Location: Surat (On-site)

Shift: 2:30 PM to 11:30 PM (Monday to Friday)

Job Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

We are looking for an Accounting Associate to support bookkeeping and accounting operations for US-based clients. The role involves managing financial records, processing transactions, and preparing reports while ensuring accuracy and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform end-to-end bookkeeping and year-end finalization activities.
- Process Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) transactions.
- Manage payroll processing, including salary calculations, deductions, and tax compliance.
- Prepare and analyze monthly management reports.
- Maintain accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
- Ensure timely completion of assigned accounting tasks.

Qualifications

Education: B.Com, M.Com, MBA, or Inter CA (Preferred).
