Should have team handling capability and connect in industry to hire best of the best resources who are target oriented
Should be able to perform independently as well as can motivate team for performances
Should be well versed with industry standards and have go getter attitude
Have worked with reputed companies above 100 Cr turnover is must

Required Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience:
5-20 years in business development, sales, or client relationship management (
IT Infra & Cyber Security
).
Solid communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
