Role Overview / Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Infrastructure Engineer with a strong on-premises focus to support critical enterprise deployments. This role is central to managing infrastructure across servers, virtualization, security, and networking layers — specifically for DCDR implementations. The candidate will ensure high availability, compliance, and operational efficiency while collaborating with Dev, QA, and InfoSec teams. Ideal for professionals with deep technical hands-on skills, automation mindset,



and exposure to enterprise-grade monitoring and logging systems.

Key Responsibilities / Job Responsibilities:
•Plan, install, configure, and migrate on-prem server, storage, and virtualization systems for DCDR scenarios
•Manage virtualization environments using VMware, Hyper-V, or ProxMox
•Implement and maintain monitoring via ManageEngine OPM and logging via Splunk
•Design and enforce security best practices: IAM, RBAC, VPN, SSL, firewalls
•Ensure compliance with data protection regulations: ISO *****, SOC 2, GDPR
•Configure and maintain enterprise network services and load balancers (Nginx, HAProxy, ALB)
•Administer and troubleshoot database servers (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MSSQL) and storage systems (SAN, NAS)
•Automate tasks and infrastructure provisioning using Ansible and scripting languages
•Collaborate closely with DevOps, QA, and Security teams to ensure seamless operations
•Provide root cause analysis and swift resolution for infrastructure incidents
•Document all configurations, SOPs, and recovery procedures
