About the Role
We are looking for a clinically strong, research-driven leader to design all medical protocols, frameworks, and doctor-facing systems. This role is ideal for someone deeply scientific, detail-oriented, and experienced in obesity care, GLP, and evidence-based clinical operations.
Clinical Strategy, Training & Protocol Design
· Design, standardise, and optimise treatment protocols, clinical workflows, and patient care journeys.
· Build structured doctor training content, onboarding modules, and upskilling frameworks.
· Ensure all protocols follow ethical guidelines, GLP principles, and regulatory standards.
Doctor Network Leadership




· Lead doctor hiring strategy, competency framework, and selection standards.
· Build and nurture a solid network of in-house and consultant doctors.
· Mentor, coach, and support doctors on clinical quality and patient management.
Quality, Compliance & Collaboration
· Oversee clinical governance, medical accuracy, and quality benchmarks.
· Work cross-functionally with product, tech, ops, and leadership to integrate clinical excellence.
· Track patient outcomes, treatment efficacy, and feedback to refine protocols.
Requirements
· MBBS required (MD preferred).
· Strong knowledge of obesity medicine, nutrition, weight management, and supplements.
· 6–10 years in clinical operations, medical advisory, or digital health.
· Strong scientific temperament, analytical mindset, excellent communication.
· Bangalore-based, comfortable in a fast-paced hybrid startup culture.
