Business Development Executive – Lithium-ion Battery Recycling

Location: Vadodara, Gujarat

Rubamin is seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Business Development Executive reporting to AGM Business Development to assist in partnerships across the EV, battery manufacturing, consumer electronics, energy storage and circular economy ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in identifying current business opportunities across EV / Battery OEMs, consumer electronics, BESS, and aggregators.
- Coordinate sampling & analysis, visits, audits, proposal submission and contract execution.
- Collaborate internally with Technical, Logistics, Commercial, and EHS teams for seamless execution and customer satisfaction.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging market opportunities.

Candidate Experience & Background





- 2-5 years of experience in Business Development or Key Account Management.
- Preferred industry background: Lithium-ion batteries, EV ecosystem, battery manufacturing, battery recycling, energy storage, critical minerals, specialty chemicals, metals, or circular economy.
- MBA is an advantage.

Skills Required

- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Knowledge of battery value chain,battery recycling would be an advantage
- AI & Digital Proficiency – Power BI - AI/LLM tools for market analysis, proposal preparation, and productivity enhancement.
- Self-driven, proactive, and result-oriented with a strong ownership mindset.
