The ideal candidate should have experience in field sales or business development, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry, and possess excellent relationship-building and customer engagement skills.Key Responsibilities-:
- Visit assigned market areas, medical retailers, and chemist stores as per the daily route plan.
- Promote the companys B2B e-commerce platform to pharmacy retailers and explain its key benefits.
- Educate customers about transparent pricing, assured product availability, quality standards, and timely delivery.




- Generate orders from retailers and consistently achieve assigned sales targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders and internal departments to resolve customer queries and operational issues.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups and prompt support.
- Collect market intelligence, monitor competitor activities, and share business insights with the management team.
- Maintain accurate daily sales reports, retailer visit records, and customer feedback.

Required Skills-:
- 14 years of experience in Business Development, Field Sales, or Territory Sales.
- Experience in the Pharmaceutical, Healthcare, FMCG, or Medical Distribution industry will be preferred.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer relationship management and sales abilities.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven approach.
- Ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory.

Preferred Candidate Profile-:
- Experience in handling pharmacy or medical retailer networks.
- Familiarity with B2B sales and distribution models.
- Must own a two-wheeler and possess a valid Driving License.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and local market visits.
- Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period will be preferred.
