Job Description:

- Daily current SOC review and check with PO and TDC requirements.

- To update daily/weekly/monthly plan.

- Inter department communication and line up. (Marketing, production, dispatch)

- External & Internal rejection RCA and CAPA activity.

- To maintain equipment calibration file and certificates.

- External lab test, line up for testing requirement.

- To raise inspection call for TPI inspection as per planning sheet.

- To attend, line up and perform TPI inspection.

- To prepare monthly report with scrap report. Report should be making within first 5 days of the month.

- Responsible for all QC Equipment/machine traceability identification.

- Do cross check and ensure all in process and final registers are updated.

- To do work line up in absence of any Quality engineer or supervisor.

- To train new workers/supervisor for Quality department work.

- To plan and worker management for responsible area activity.

- Any addition work given by dept. head.
