- Target for zero unit trips on account of human error. This is to be ensured by proactive condition monitoring, timely reporting and escalation of abnormalities and issues. Maintain critical plant and product parameter with range with uninterrupted supply of steam and power
- To identify bottle necks in CPP and resolve them with available resources, adopting latest techniques, digitization solutions etc.
- Working towards building the culture of Safety through regular communication, tool box talk, trainings, safety observations, effective PTWs, focusing on the leading indicators.
- Regular training and updating the technicians to enable them to execute their jobs effectively and safely.
- Collaborate, co-operate and co-ordinate the intra & interdepartmental activities, vendors and contractors for material & services to achieve the stated objectives of power plants as per target.
- Identify & propose schemes for enhancing reliability, cost saving, work easy and reduction in non-value added activities.
