- Site Layout & Control: Setting up, marking, and maintaining vertical benchmarks and grid lines for building construction, often dividing tasks into civil (earthwork) and building (structure) packages.
- Data Analysis & Mapping: Conducting topographic surveys, researching land records, and creating precise, actionable maps and 3D models.
- Compliance & Inspection: Ensuring projects adhere to building regulations, zoning laws, and safety codes.
- Collaboration: Working closely with architects, engineers, and project managers to report on progress, resolve issues, and ensure structural accuracy.
