Job Description:

Position: Factory Head

Location: Jhagadia near by ankleshwar

Experience: 15 - 20 Years

Industries: Chemical

Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute and achieve the production targets within the budgeted limits. Key areas: Power, Fuel, Yield, Process rejections, Process loss, labour cost
- Plant maintenance: Mechanical, Electrical & Instrumentation
- Effective usage of QA/QC for in-process monitoring & control, process/yield improvements
- Warehouse activities on raw materials, finished goods, spares.
- Housekeeping & Sanitation of whole factory.
- Prepare, present/operate and comply for Certification & Accreditation (Gots, ISO, Eco-Passport, ZDHC etc.) EHS and Statutory body requirements.
- Resolve & reduce end-user complaints.
- Demonstrate quantifiable process/product improvement, Control Revenue,



Capital & Manpower budgets - MIS preparation & presentation.
- Overall Factory Administration
- Fluent in English,Hindi &Local; Language (Gujarati) presentation/Communication

Required Skills

- Must be excellent in written and spoken English; net savvy and adept at computer skills.
- Excellent communication skill, with computer proficiency.

Required Qualification: - B.E/B.Tech – chemical B.Sc – Dyes and Pigmentation

Salary : Upto 20.00 LPA
