- Post Graduate/MBA/Medicine
- Excellent English both written and verbal & knowledge of social media marketing

- Manage the entity with full responsibility for the performance including:
- Profit and loss performance
- Marketing and sales
- Proven experience of strategizing digital marketing, social media, SEO and google ads
- Proven track record of increasing revenues and profits
- Doubling occupancy levels and expanding center to the next level
- Starting recent centers in other cities.
- Manage sales and marketing team with a focus on lead generation and conversion
- Getting corporate tie ups and generating revenues
- Getting business from new verticals
- Focus on selling membership to the HNI and corporate companies.
- Expanding the channel partner network by adding new travel agents and referring doctors
- Managing satellite OPD centers




- Resort operations
- Guest satisfaction and loyalty programs
- Coordination with medical team
- Maintenance of all buildings, facilities, equipment, gardens, apartments and infrastructure
- Human relations, recruitment and compliance with labor laws
- Safety and security; Lawful operations and legal compliances
- Housekeeping and hygiene
- Food and beverage
- Public relations
- Vendor development, product sourcing and purchasing
- Expenditure control and cost center management
- MIS and Development and implementation of SOPs
- Store and inventory management
- Managing emergencies
- To maintain the required working hours and to attend the Entity on a daily basis
- To remain available 24/7 for any work related to the Entity
- Regular reporting at agreed frequency in decided formats
