Who You Are
 You’ve spent 5 to 10 years in sales, business development, or trading - ideally in chemicals, polymers, or
related sectors.
 You know Eastern India’s market inside out, and if you’ve experienced internationally, that’s a plus.




 You thrive on building relationships and can deliver results without losing the human touch.
 You communicate well, negotiate well, and enjoy rolling up your sleeves when needed.
 You are self-driven, resilient, and want to grow alongside a company chasing an ambitious goal.
What You’ll Do
 Expand our footprint in Eastern India and international markets.
 Nurture customers, suppliers, and partners - turning transactions into long-term partnerships.
 Own sales targets while keeping an eye on value creation and sustainable growth.
 Track market trends, competitors, and customer needs, and translate insights into strategy.
 Work closely with colleagues to ensure smooth operations and an outstanding customer experience.
 Represent the company with confidence, authenticity, and curiosity at every touchpoint.
