Job Description:

Fitter / ITI / Diploma in Mechanical / Electrical more than 3 years experience in maintenance production area.

Experience in the Engineering goods manufacturing.

Experience in metal working, die fitting etc. will be given preference.

Experience in working with Servo drives, PLC controllers etc. will be given preference.

General awareness of safety, 5S principles

Create Preventive Maintenance plans, adhere to strict breakdown schedules.

Strong focus on creating maintenance plans which aim to keep production plant running with zero downtime.

Understanding and reporting MTTR, MTBR, MTTF etc. and applying the same on daily maintenance activities

Robust Interpersonal Skills, fluency to communicate with production team and superiors.

Understanding and ability to create maintenance records with cost,



time and manpower calculations and analysis

Strong understanding of TPM concepts with weightage on Preventive Maintenance

Knowledge of Costing, Estimation, spares pricing etc.

Must be able to perform RCA and implement long resulting corrective actions,

understand Kanban system, implement Kaizen concepts in maintenance areas or to ease daily maintenance.

Strong communication skills in Hindi & local language (Gujarati desired) with working knowledge of English

Working knowledge desired on Computer applications such as MS Excel, Word,

Powerpoint, MS Outlook
