Implementation of Retail Asset Products

Responsibilities

- Robust functional understanding of assets products like Gold, LAP, HL, EL etc.
- Should be well versed with compliance and RBI guidelines.
- Good experience in defining customer journeys for onboarding and loan management system.

Qualifications

Experience: 10 to 15 years

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or a related field

- 5+ years of experience in IT leadership, with a focus on retail asset management systems
- Experience managing large-scale IT projects, with a proven track record of delivering projects on time and within budget
- Strong technical skills in system architecture, database management, and programming languages such as Java, Python, and SQL
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
- Knowledge of retail industry trends and best practices in retail asset management systems like LOS and LMS
