Job Description:

- To responsible for planning, overseeing and leading all operations IT projects from ideation through to completion.

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities:

- Managing all operations IT projects through seamless planning, overseeing and execution
- Interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously
- Meeting the deadline of the Project completion
- Identification of the Automation projects of the day to day Operations processes and lead till implementation
- Migration of Loan Accounts
- Restructuring of Loan Accounts
- Robotic Process Automation
- Automation of MIS using Data Analytics
- Managing special Products e.g. Subvention
- Creation of BCP Location of Central Operations
- Keep abreast with latest trends in technology and tools and review the adoption of these to meet the organizations needs
- Manage the production support for multiple applications / solutions
- Preparation of all BRD and closure of UAT
