Job Description:

Job Summary:
We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented R&D; Research Associate to join our API development team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the design, development, and optimization of synthetic processes for Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (APIs), ensuring scalability, regulatory compliance, and quality standards. This role offers hands-on experience in process R&D;, analytical interpretation, and scale-up activities in a energetic pharmaceutical environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct literature surveys and propose synthetic routes for APIs and intermediates.

- Perform laboratory experiments for process development, route scouting, and reaction optimization.





- Support process scale-up from lab to pilot plant and commercial manufacturing.

- Document experimental data, observations, and results accurately in lab notebooks and reports.

- Assist in troubleshooting synthetic and process issues during development or scale-up.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including analytical development, regulatory affairs, and production.

- Follow cGMP, safety protocols, and internal quality systems during all lab activities.

- Support preparation of technology transfer documents and R&D; reports
