Duties and Responsibilities
•Disbursement processing on Finnone & Solid Knowledge of Lending module is must.•Knowledge of Cancellation & rebooking of loans will add advantage•Well versed with customer 360 as need to collect the customer history from customer history to analyze the exact issue of complaints.•Managing various request flows over mail & CRM portal for CDPL/EPL/SFPL.•Daily Monitoring of BTTP recon & Act upon clearance of Open Items by taking corrective actions.•Making follow up with internal stakeholders such Sales<
