Job Description:

Position: Chief Financial Officer

Location: Vapi

Experience: 10 - 15 Years

Industries: Automobile

Responsibilities:

Financial Planning and Analysis

- Lead and oversee all aspects of financial planning and analysis (FP&A;)
- Monitor financial performance by measuring and analyzing results, initiating corrective actions, and minimizing the impact of variances
- Provide accurate and timely financial reports and forecasts to support decision-making

Budgeting and Forecasting

- Manage the annual budgeting process in collaboration with department heads
- Develop and maintain long-term financial forecasts to guide strategic planning
- Ensure budgets align with company goals and operational plans

Regulatory Compliance

- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulatory and reporting requirements
- Oversee internal audits and liaise with external auditors to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting
- Maintain and enforce robust internal controls and financial policies

Financial Strategy and Risk Management

- Develop and implement financial strategies that align with company objectives
- Identify and mitigate financial risks to the business
- Oversee capital structure, cash flow, investment strategies,



and debt management

IPO Preparation and Execution

- Lead financial aspects of IPO planning, including due diligence, documentation, compliance, and investor relations
- Collaborate with legal, investment banking, and regulatory advisors to ensure a smooth IPO process

Leadership and Collaboration

- Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of performance, integrity, and collaboration
- Partner with other senior executives to drive cross-functional initiatives and strategic decisions

Required Skills:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Excel and accounting software.
- Attention to detail and strong numerical skills.
- Positive communication and reporting abilities.
- Familiarity with accounting standards and financial modelling.
- Knowledge of SAP or other ERP systems.
- Candidate should be from automotive industry.

Salary :- Upto 35.00 LPA
