About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and process-driven Credit Card Operations Executive to manage operational activities related to the credit card lifecycle. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in credit card operations, ensuring timely processing, accuracy, compliance, and excellent service delivery.

This is an Individual Contributor (IC) role, requiring the candidate to independently handle operational responsibilities while coordinating with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage day-to-day credit card operational activities.
- Process credit card applications, account maintenance, and customer requests within defined TATs.
- Perform verification and validation of customer and account-related documents.
- Handle card issuance, activation, renewals, replacements, upgrades, and closures.
- Process credit limit enhancement and account maintenance requests.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulatory guidelines, and operational procedures.
- Investigate and resolve operational discrepancies and exceptions.




- Coordinate with customer service, fraud, risk, technology, and other internal teams for issue resolution.
- Maintain high standards of accuracy, productivity, and process adherence.
- Prepare operational MIS and maintain relevant records.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to enhance operational efficiency and customer experience.

Required Skills:

- Experience in Credit Card Operations.
- Good understanding of the end-to-end credit card lifecycle.
- Knowledge of operational processes, documentation, and compliance requirements.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and stakeholder coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks within defined timelines.

Preferred Candidate Profile:

- Experience in credit card operations within the BFSI industry.
- Experience handling back-office or operational functions related to credit cards.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and process orientation.
- Willingness to work from the Wadala office.
