- We are looking for an experienced Senior Associate Financial Planning & Reporting with strong expertise in financial planning, financial reporting, financial statements, financial operations, and advanced Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- The ideal candidate will support program financial planning, prepare accurate financial reports, analyze key financial metrics, maintain data integrity, and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver timely and accurate financial insights.
- Experience with Power BI is preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

- Experience in financial estimations and the approval process for program financials.
- Solid customer service and interpersonal skills are a must
- Demonstrated ability to maintain data integrity and accuracy
- Demonstrated ability to plan, organize and prioritize multiple tasks within a defined time period
- Professional communication skills
- Strong metrics analysis/reporting and MS Office productivity tool skills





Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 4+ years of relevant experience in Financial Planning, Reporting, or Financial Operations.
- Strong knowledge of Financial Planning, Financial Reporting, and Financial Statements.
- Experience in financial estimations and program financial approval processes.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint.
- Strong analytical, reporting, and data accuracy skills.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks within deadlines.
- Experience with Power BI is preferred.
