Job Description

Role Overview
We are looking for an experienced Learning & Development Manager to design and drive
training, certification, and capability-building programs for MFDs, Financial Advisors, Internal
Sales Teams, and Support Functions. The role will focus on enhancing product knowledge,
regulatory awareness, sales effectiveness, and platform adoption.
Key Responsibilities
? Develop and manage learning, training, and certification frameworks for MFDs, advisors,
and internal teams.
? Create training modules on Mutual Funds, SIPs, Asset Allocation, Risk Profiling,
Suitability, Regulatory Compliance, and Platform Usage.
? Design onboarding programs for current partners and refresher training for existing
partners.
? Develop training content including videos, presentations, PDFs, quizzes, FAQs, scripts,
and objection-handling guides.
? Ensure adherence to compliant selling practices, commission disclosure norms, risk
communication,



and mis-selling prevention guidelines.
? Track training completion rates, certification scores, platform adoption, and post-training
productivity metrics.
? Collaborate with Research, Compliance, Product, and Sales teams to keep training
content relevant and up to date.
? Organize training sessions, webinars, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives.
Requirements
? 6–10 years of experience in Learning & Development, Sales Training, Wealth
Management, Mutual Funds, Financial Services, or Fintech.
? Strong understanding of Mutual Fund products, distribution, advisor training, and
regulatory requirements.
? Experience in instructional design, content development, and certification programs.
? Excellent communication, presentation, stakeholder management, and content creation
skills.
