Position: Asst. Manager - Production

Responsibilities

- To ensure all operations are carried out as per Process parameter / Production plan.
- To do the patrolling inspection and process control on shop floor.
- To organize and implement daily production activity on shop floor.
- To ensure strict compliance to the process control parameters.
- To develop and maintain a good working workplace on shop floor.
- To stop and correct the processes / instruct the workers in case of non conforming material produced.
- Meet Prouction plan with team
- To monitor various manufacturing activities daily & material accountability on shop floor.
- To listen and work as per the Production In-charge instructions.
- To control & reduce process rejections, improve the efficiency on shop floor.
- Material planning during the change over and smooth execution.
- To maintain all the Quality records, Production records as required and documented in quality management system.




- Ensure and give periodic feedbacks to his superiors for the work / production is going as per the process / work inspections.
- Co-ordination with Production Control Dept.
- Material accountability on shop floor.
- To initiate error proofing methods and continual improvements on shop floor.
- To conduct daily meetings on shop floor for process improvements.
- Ensuring the workers safety and usage of safety equipment.
- Responsible for maintenance of all equipment & Devices on shop floor and records for the same.
