Position: Manager - QC

Location: Sarigam near by Vapi

Experience: 15 - 20 Years

Responsibilities:

- QC management and planning
- Ensure that the test methods are updated and validated.
- Overview / monitoring of analysis of Raw materials and Finish Goods.
- Chemicals /glassware inwards and instrument procurement require for analysis.
- Responsible for the timely release of RM and FG with reliability of analytical data
- Knowledge management – Ensure proper documentation of analytical data, research data, design of experiments, Instrument calibration etc.
- Work with Management team to develop new test methods for the existing and new products.
- To give training to all departmental personnel for continual improvement.
- Support to documentation of ISO, EHS and other cGMP standards.
- Overview the analysis of new vender samples for development.
- To review the control sample keeping activity and timely monitoring.
- Budget Holder for QC spend
- Responsible for facing the lab audits and compliance with Good Lab Practices (GLP)
- To maintain and build up the team.
- Responsible for prepare and maintain the outsourced laboratory planning and testing.




- Responsible for develop new methods for upcoming products and support to R&D; for analysis newly developed materials.
- To support production for improvement / change in current manufacturing process.
- To have sound knowledge on QC analytical instruments.
- Monitor QC activities at other manufacturing sites.

Required Skills:

- Must have positive operating knowledge of analytical instruments like pH meter, ovens, GC-HS, GC, Ion Chomatography, AAS, HPLC, IR, Flame Photometer, Karl Fischer Titration, Sieve analysis, Auto Titration, UV spectrophotometers, Colorscan, and Physico Chemical Testing.
- Should have valuable knowledge of Particle size of material and titrimetric analysis. Should know the impact of pH on the product quality.
- Also Have good knowledge about cGMP and GLP.

Required Qualification: - M.S.C - Chemistry

Salary :- Upto 20.00 LPA
