Position: Executive - Project(unit 4)

Location: Jhagadia near by Ankleshwar

Responsibilities:

- CAPEX budgeting, Cost Estimation, along with the user department.
- URS/MDS preparation along with the user department.
- Reviewing of basic engineering & detailed engineering of equipment’s.
- Reviewing of process flow Diagram & Piping & Instrumentation diagram(P&ID;).
- Change control initiation and evaluation for the modifications with QA and Production Team.
- WBS(Work Breakdown structure) and Gantt chart (Planning) preparation as per site requirement.
- Coordinating with procurement/stores for delivery of equipment’s at site.
- Floating of data sheets (URS) to the vendors and technical discussion with the vendors.
- Layout finalization with hired consultants (as per actual site conditions).
- Receiving equipment’s at site and performing FAT/SAT
- Having well convergent with PFD, PID, BOQ, GA Drawings, layouts, line lists and their testing.
- Having knowledge of project activities, fabrication and erection of Equipment, structure and pipe lines, pre commissioning, commissioning of chemical plants.




- Should be good knowledge of installation, erection & operation of MSGL & SS reactors, chemical process pumps, HE, Tank, Column systems, vacuum systems, ANF, RVD, Scrubber system, cooling towers, CHWR/CWBR plant, Air compressor, Nitrogen plant.
- Detailing of equipment Preparing equipment technical data sheets.
- Inspect the project equipment’s received at site to ensure that they are matching with the standard parameters as defined in purchase orders during planning phase.
- Having knowledge of material procurement in SAP
- In-charge of safety at site for project execution, follow & implement site HSE rules and housekeeping standards to maintain protected and clean work environment.
